Felipa is very special to us.
She came to our farm pregnant with her first cria. She has been a
wonderful mother and has the disposition of an angel. Her cria Snowpeak
took hold of our hearts from the day he was born. She has since
delivered five more cria as effortlessly as the
first. She is a wonderful mother and a very easy alpaca to work
with.
As
the pictures below show, she is capable of throwing any color under the rainbow,
except perhaps white.
Her
06 breeding to Sugar's
Head Turnin' Image gave us the most amazing results. A dark silver
gray girl! We were obviously pleased so we did it again! And this
time we got True Black. For 08, she was bred to our award winning sire Silver
Blade II. This cria is an indefinite dark. He had gray on his
head, a dorsal stripe and dark freckles all over his body. As you can see from the variety of colors that
Felipa has delivered, it's always a surprise when the cria finally arrives!
